Congratulations Arby’s, you have surpassed McDonald’s as the worst fast food in our town of Norwalk! I pull in at 5:30pm and I already expected terrible food because the lot was empty. I expected old, dry food that had been sitting under a warmer light for far too long. That is exactly what I received!! To top it off, they didn’t have the product they were advertising. I ordered the new Wagyu bacon burger and I was informed they had none in stock. I also ordered a Jamocha shake, and was informed they didn’t have that either… since they didn’t have the burger, I reluctantly ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I get home it was the hardest, driest piece of chicken I have ever been served in my life. And to top that off, it had honey mustard on it, and not ranch…. the only positive experience was the young man running the drive through window. As the people were informing him of their lack of product, he was very empathetic about the situation, and tried his best to see to it that I was ok with my order.

Worst meal ever. Chicken tenders & fries cold & way toooooo salty. Staff so slow it took 1/2 hr or more just to order & get food. All of this for $16 not worth it. Let them know I didn’t get a receipt, but they did not care.

first off service is TERRIBLE, food is always cold and I had ordered a 5 piece tender and 2 of them were RAW. It was a Monday night around 8:00 and I requested a refund from the night manager and was not given one because In his own words the circumstances for that to happen were unlikely. never eating here again.

The last two times that I have gone there. They were out of curly fries. This time they were out of nuggets. Also the person at the intercom for the drive up was incredibly rude. This is the third time the meal has been incredibly terrible. Will never shop at this Arby’s again.

Service sucked. They are more worried about their cell phones than customers. Got half my order, fries were from the bottom of the pan, cheese isn’t melted on sandwiches. I asked for a chicken ranch sandwich not a chicken tender sandwich. They should learn how to read an order to fulfill it completely.

Prepare to order two or more meals. 1600 calories for the meal i got? More like 600 maybe. I would expect the sandwich i got to come out of a box labeled “white castle sliders”. If this is the direction these places are heading, I’ll be thrilled when all fast food places are out of business. Havent eaten out for months, wont be again.
