Decent prices, smallish dining room with slightly dated decor. But cozy and decent atmosphere. The service was prompt. Prices are average, food was delicious. Started with egg flower soup, pretty plain but then had an appetizer plate, forgot to take a picture prior to eating, crab puffs were good, egg roll was unique but one of the best I have ever had almost a cream cheese flavor mixed in, BBQ pork was super soft and tender, fried shrimp were hot and fresh. For my meal I ordered a number 7 with pork fried rice, fried shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and beef and vegetables. All of which were quite good. Will definitely be coming back to eat here in the future.

Today was my first time to try Double Dragon Restaurant in Kennewick. It’s great comfort food. The people are nice and it’s very much an old school American Chinese place and super nostalgic. That was the best BBQ pork I’ve ever had and that red sauce was good for my soul

On a long road trip, my husband and I decided to stop by to grab something to eat. After looking at the stars we thought it would be just as good. While the waitress was very nice to us, it did not make up for the tasteless food we were served. The portions are great and prices were not bad. We ordered a combination appetizer platter. It was bland, and the crab puffs tasted off.

Let me start off by saying the staff are extremely nice, accommodating, and friendly which is this restaurants saving grace. The food was sub-par, over fried, and as odd as it sounds was over-shrimped. I know that may sound like a good thing but in the grand scheme of things it displays that their seafood/poultry is either expiring or cheap which tasted of both. The bathrooms and dining areas were also pretty gross which made me question how clean the kitchen is and if they are practicing SQF.

Our server Rachel was Awesome , friendly ,fast and all around just great! I wasn’t crazy about the hot n sour soup but my partner liked . We both agreed the pork fried rice could be better . Atmosphere was mostly comfortable temperature wise but was a little warm . The sweet n sour chicken however was a delicious treat. Juicy and yet lightly breaded crispy goodness .

We will never go back here. Ever. We were frequent customers but not anymore. This experience was more than awful. We got a dinner plate & added egg rolls. The fried items tasted like they were fried in old oil & the inside of the egg rolls were wet. The beef & veggies were extremely salty. Just not good in any way. We couldn’t even finish the plate nor did we take it home. The dinner plate was around $15.80 & the egg rolls were $7.75, which equals $23.55. Tax should be around $2-$3. So how does my total equal $33? An extra plate of chicken & another egg roll that I didn’t get was added on. So we were charged for 3 egg rolls & only received 2. When I brought up the issue to the attention of the waitress, she said I told her to do that. All I said to her was I wanted to add the two pork egg rolls from the appetizer section. Not extra chicken or 3 egg rolls, etc. I wasn’t rude, I was just trying to have her explain the extra charges. I told her that was incorrect & She began to argue with us, got an attitude & couldn’t handle it like an adult. This woman was actually arguing with us, getting loud & the manager made her step back. She still wouldn’t stop. Highly unprofessional & just plain ridiculous. They ended up taking $1 off the meal. I was ready to just leave at that point since the waitress wouldn’t stop yelling. No customer service whatsoever. Instead of just solving the issue, they lost frequent customers over it. We’ll gladly support other establishments in the area that take care of their customers!

We just had some of the best house special chicken chowmien I think I’ve had!!! The rich taste of the beef, shrimp, broccoli and the noodles worked oerfectly together for that mouthful of comfort!!!! Mmmmmm… Restaurant was ultra clean, and the portion size was incredible, if you look at the picture with the Pepsi in it, you can kinda get an idea of how big the container actually was!! The amount of beef when you first open the container was incredible, as again you can see in the pictures!!!. Really awesome food, and just the nicest people, who always have your order spot on perfect, rates this restaurant A++++

Excellent food as always!! The staff are friendly, and the service is great. They were closed for quite a while due to a fire, and greatly missed. We have eaten at many other restaurants in the Tri-Cities that offer a similar menu. NONE can compare in my book!!
