I understand that on a Friday night they are busy, but that does NOT excuse the quality of service that I received tonight. I ordered a pan bbq chicken pizza, and parmesean bread twists with the five cheese sauce. First, I spend 40 minutes sitting outside the restaurant waiting and waiting for my order. FINALLY I got a notification that my order was ready and the 2 minute timer started counting down. For SOME reason, the timer STOPPED AT 54 SECONDS and I got no notification other than it was on its way to the car. No it wasn’t. I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to go inside and get it myself. They didn’t even acknowledge that they messed up. I finally get home with my food, and open up my parmesan twists to find that the sauce is a burnt, dried out pile of cheese that is not useful for anything. Not only did I get scammed out of my “free pizza” for waiting more than 2 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, but I also got a ruined cheese sauce. This is unacceptable.

I’ve never received a worse pizza from any place in the country. The garlic knots were complete flat and the pan pizza was flat and dense, vice soft and airy. I tried to call the store and sat on hold for over a hour with no response. The pictures say it all. Those are supposed to be garlic knots. Do not order from this place. UPDATE: I called the store repeatedly and Domjnos corporate and to date they have not refunded my money. Worst customer service. Stay Away!

I asked for no green peppers not no meat. The sandwich has no garlic butter on top of it so basically it’s a dry bread sandwich. The chicken bacon ranch has no ranch. I am honestly shocked because I have ordered these sandwiches from other locations, and they were always delicious. Do not order sandwiches from the Woodbridge store because the meat portions are a joke.

Save yourself the disappointment. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here we are disappointed. Not one part of my order was correct tonight. Always dissatisfied. Received a total of 5 sausages on the entire pizza that wasn’t my original order to begin with. Cold. Gross. Flat. Soggy. Thrown in trash disaster. Every time I think to myself “oh maybe this time they’ll actually get it right” nope, never. And have to wait HOURS to even get wrong, gross, cold, stale, piece of JUNK.
