Some of the best food me and my husband have ate. The sweetness of the grilled corn, juiciness of the melt in your mouth pork, and the cheese that just brought the dish to the next level. I definitely recommend eating here and definitely plan on getting more food from them in the future!

Sabrosa Venezuela had a food truck at the Boston Urban Pride Music & Arts Festival on July 2, 2023. The food looked super appetizing so I ordered one Reina Pepiada Arepa and one Chicken Cachapa. I expected the portions to be smaller, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Arepa was enough for my lunch (and I have a hearty appetite), so I saved the Cachapa for later. The Arepa was delicious, flavorful, and the avocado was super fresh. I was very impressed. I brought the Cachapa home for dinner and to share with my spouse. I needed to reheat it in the microwave because it had been about 6 hours (including refrigeration). But every part of the Cachapa reheated with great flavor and was over all wonderful. It still tasted very fresh too. The Cachapa would have been more than enough for me by myself, but wasn’t quite enough for dinner for two. Still, all told, both the Reina Pepiada Arepa and the Chicken Cachapa were EXCELLENT, and I think they were at a decent price point too. Now I’ll be looking for this food truck whenever I’m out in the metro Boston area. AND we’re also thinking of taking a trip to Worcester just so we can eat at the restaurant. Well done, Sabrosa Venezuela! And thanks for vending at Boston Urban Pride and showing up in support of the community! That was also a nice touch! PS. The food truck was also selling passion fruit juice, which I love. Because I ordered two dishes, they gave me a free sample and asked if I wanted to order a cup. Their passion fruit juice was fabulous, but I decided not to buy the juice simply because I wanted to eat my calories instead of drinking them, and I opted to drink water instead. But if you’re looking for an extra treat, don’t miss the passion fruit juice!

The passionfruit juice is one of the best juices I’ve had. I got one from them before and the second time their truck was around, I got three. One for me, one for my father, and one for my friend. Definitely recommend the drink! Also the food looks good too! Smelled good but I really only got the drink as I wasn’t hungry (still would recommend the food with it!).

We walked into this place because of how great it smelled from the outside. Our food was place was super yummy. The ladies who attended us were friendly and attentive. The pabellón and empanadas were delicious and clearly the juice was so good I finished it before I event got a second one. 10/10 recommend

I’m sorry I don’t have a picture of it before I very clearly dug in, but it was just so good. I got a pork and cheese cachapas. The man was super nice and explained what everything was – he actually totally sold me on this dish bc I was set on getting something else and I’m wicked glad he did cuz it was delish there was also some vegetarian options on the menu that looked good.

Saw this food truck at the Pepperel 4th of July. Great people! I had never had Venezuelan food, but let me tell you, this is absolutely delicious. It’s like a corn English muffin donut with chicken and cheeze and let me tell you, this flavor is out of this world
