My first time in Chicago! Came to Willis Tower and decided to eat at Rick Bayless’ Tortazo’s. The staff was kinda nice and very busy. I got one of their chicken sandwiches and it was really good. Food was a little pricier than needed to be. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich and a drink and paid 20. They could’ve threw in some fries with it.

We stop at Tortazo in the Urban Hall food court located in the Willis Tower. We were surprised to find a Mexican torta restaurant after visiting the Skydeck.

This is a counter in the food court at the Sears Tower/Willis Tower. The people working there were friendly but seemed very distracted.

Delicious! Super friendly staff and amazing food. As a Mexican, it was relieving to finally eat such authentic after being away from home for so long. The salsas are really tasty and actually spicy, drinks are traditional and great and everything we ate was delightful.

Chill Sunday, stopped by to get a quick bite after visiting The Color Museum. I couple of us got the tortilla soup and another got a salad. Our server was super nice, place was clean, and the soup was tasty. Not super crowded either.

Rick Bayless? More like Skip Bayless. Although the Rick Bayless formula has become tried and true in Chicago, this place misses the mark.

We really enjoyed the food here. It was really delicious. And it can be difficult pleasing a family of 5 with different tastes.

This was absolutely the best Cubana sandwich I’ve ever had. The desserts are delicious as well, and the tortilla soup is wonderful. Thus is a fantastic place to eat when visiting the Sears Tower.

The food was hot and amazing. The drinks (margaritas) were strong and salty, the atmosphere was off because the attitudes of a few servers were less than hospitable. Not everyone was bad; one guy refilled my water and bussed my table without any hassle, but the waitresses were built different lol. Anywho, I left full and tipsy and left a tip so…I’m over it.

As a Texan, I’m picky about Tex-Mex as well as Mex-Mex. I had the quesadillas and I was pretty happy with the way they turned out. My two dining partners didn’t like what they had as much as I did, but I was surprised with how much I enjoyed it! Crema costs extra, for those who might order it. I’d go again, but honestly I’d rather go to the Sushi San next door!
