Very fast, good. Beer not horribly expensive as one would assume. Tall IPA $10. Server was quick and helpful. Nice place to sit for a longer layover. Close quarters, you feel like people are taking to you as your sitting and facing each other but what airport isn’t like that.

The server seemed annoyed that we stopped by for lunch. The service was completely lacking despite the place being very empty. The food was overpriced, bad bar food at best. The table was filthy as were the floors. I sincerely hope the health department inspects this place in the near future, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It was a nice, comfortable place to hangout before our flight after a fun and tiring weekend in Chicago.

I often eat here when I come through Chicago. Normally the waitstaff are attentive and friendly. Today’s experience was much different. The hostess gruffly told me to order on my phone. They were clearly very limited on staff, and there was no one who came to check on me after the food was delivered or to offer to refill my drink. If I pay four dollars for a soda, at least one refill would be nice. I also saw several other frustrated customers who had to get up and find a waiter to help them get the right food that they ordered, and one guy had to ask 3 times! I do feel badly for the staff who are quite stressed, but they need to make some improvements if they are going to last.

It’s a good place for a quick dine in between your flights.. I was able to find a table easily and the ambience is nice. The food was good however the staff could be a bit more active rather than being a bit slow/lazy. I ordered “what’s the quickest on the menu” and I still got it after 35 mins.. and a bit burnt taste in it.. but not too bad.

It’s the place to get a nice hot meal after the long flight or layover. Good customer service and beautiful environment.

Made it in for an early breakfast at 7am between connecting flights. I was excited to see an option in the airport that was full plates instead of just a breakfast sandwich.

It was pretty busy with a ton of ppls flights delayed, and the waitress I had was wonderful. I was seated fast, and food was quick. For airport food, which we all know is pricey regardless, it was reasonable. I had the Sante Fe Salad. Very good! A good portion of chicken and the avocado was just right— not mushy.

It was an overall average experience. I would dine elsewhere if I find myself back at O’hare with time to spare. We were seated fairly quickly because we were a party of 2. They do have flies, so there’s that. The menu is limited and pricey. Our waiter was not nice and was shouting at us when we asked about how to order and pay. The food quality was average. The southwestern eggrolls with avocado ranch were the best. The dining area is very tight, with little room to sit with your luggage. I love Chili’s, but there are nicer places to dine at throughout this airport.

Chili’s Too is a decent place at O’Hare Terminal 2 to grab a quick bite as you wait for your flight. Nothing fancy, but good enough to get a good meal in transit.
