There are a lot of Hibachi grills in the Middle Tennessee area, and I’ve tried most of them. This one stands out above the rest. The atmosphere is comfortable and calming, allowing the show to tantalize the senses. The show always depends greatly upon the showmanship of the chef, and here I’ve experienced some of the absolute best. The service is solid, and the food is commendable. Enjoy dinner and a show at this conveniently located jewel.

I was just here. Management was horrible and rude. The place was disgusting and not like it normally is. The food tasted horribly bad and when I went to the gm he said since we mixed it up we have to pay for it. The portions were half the size they normally are. Just horrible experience all around. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced anything like this before. Definitely will not be back.

Food was bland and service was not great. 2 out of 5 people in our party ordered steamed rice, instead of fried. White rice did not arrive until all food was already cooked and on plates and only then, because we asked. Even then , only one bowl was brought out. The other bowl was brought out after then meal was finished. We were asked if we still wanted it! Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Great experience at Shogun. No wait, so we lucked out. Was there with my wife and her friend after we went to see Christmas lights. We actually planned to go to a different place, but traffic on the interstate made us reconsider and stop by Shogun. See below for more pros and cons. Overall I would probably go back, but only if I was in the area.

The server was great (I will always return when service is worth paying for) this means so much…. yes the food must be amazing but if the service is bad I’ll never return unless it’s just for take out. The entertainment chef must have been tired or tired of performing bc he wasn’t with any type of happiness or entertainment…just cooking and out….

I love this place. It’s great for birthdays and other celebrations. Just tell your server if you’re celebrating and they will play traditional live music for your specific occasion. If you start singing Happy birthday in English they do both versions. The food is delicious and it’s always a fun experience. Very very clean always. Full bar.
