Worse service across venezuelan restaurant, and trust me as a Venezuelan that’s a lot to say. There was not a single client; the lobby was clean so no real reason for the lady that was taking care of the front on 10/01/22 to be as rude as she was. No eye contact, not a single smile not even simple courtesy as to reply to a normal interaction. We waited 10 min and the food was cold, not even warm, it was decent even at that temperature but the lady once again, went to my table, threw the food at us as if we were dogs and we went even as far as to thank her without a reply back, I requested more sauce and extended my hand to get them and she just threw them at a the table. There is absolutely no reason to treat your clients this way. I will never come back to this place, I encourage the owner of this business to train their people better.

We order a full variety of 30 items, we request will be labeled by type, when we arrived home, big surprise… in diferent bags just cheese… was missing shedred beef, chesse and potato… chicken… is a shame…

I got hooked on arepas while down working in the Caribbean and missed them after I returned stateside. I was extremely excited to see this location opening and couldn’t wait. I was not disappointed, the food was some of the best Venezuelan cuisine I’ve ever had! Definitely will return.

I went because I saw the arepas sign, but the employee said they don’t do arepas anymore. They had mostly empanadas and tequenos so I got some of those. Food was still really good and cheap, but Google info needs to be updated, especially menu. They probably need to change their sign since inside by everything was Fritos factory and no maxi arepas. Maybe they plan on it; but just something I’d mention to stop confusion.

I went there and ordered different menu items for the next day and when I picked up my order they forgot to add an order for tequeños. I went back and spoke to a lady in the store and she told me that the order was in the bag, this means that she was lying to them. She put me as a liar in front of the people who were in the store, which is unacceptable. This was the first and last time I bought something there. Besides that the empandas are not good. In almost 17 years living in this country, the first time something like this has happened to me. Too bad it was in a Venezuelan site.
