The service is supreme and the atmosphere is perfect. They accommodate your needs with a smile. Handicapped friendly. A very relaxing meal. 5-10- 17 back again and even with a special going on it was an excellent meal. Service and atmosphere was perfect. The chef Leo nails my preference every time. I had visited Ruby Tuesday several times a few years ago and simply didn’t care for the quality of the food. My wife talked me into trying it again, “it’s much better now”, so I did. She was right! With a new menu and a more welcoming staff the dining experience is much, much improved. We’ve been back a few times now and have not been disappointed!!! Management or Corporate must have recognized a problem existed because every location we have been to has improved.GREAT casual dining at very reasonable prices.

The Management is very friendly and keeps the dining area clean. If you have a problem with your order they take care of it right away. The menu options are reasonably priced and the food tastes great.This location has,a great atmosphere and is conveniently located next to a hotel and next to an exit for the Garden State Parkway.

Our server was maybe new, a bit awkward. He didn’t know our drinks were beers. Took him about 10 minutes to tell us neither were available. Our appetizer and light fare meal took another 30 plus minutes to come out. The restaurant wasn’t busy. The veggie trio was good and the pretzel sticks app was also good but the service is slow.

Love their salad bar, I could eat just that every time they really stepped it up with the originality and quality. I go there a lot with my son and my dad, my son loves the chicken bites on the appetizer menu and so do I! It’s right by my doctor which I see once a month around lunchtime so it’s pretty convienent and I always can count on a good meal with good service

We went to Ruby as the wait for long horn next door was 45-50 mins. There was no wait at Ruby and I can see why. The place was empty. We were brought to our seats and the hostess just tossed the menus on the table and walked away. No mention of drinks or anything. It took a long time for our waitress to come get the drink order. When she did we put in an app. We got out appetizer the same time as we got our drinks, which was weird. We sat and waited with no drinks for a decent amount of time. I ordered a large sangria. it was served to me in a beer glass filled to the tippy top with ice. There was barely sangria because it was taken over by ice.
