We randomly stumbled upon Willy’s taco truck and I’m so glad we did! My favourite food of all time are Birria tacos. My husband actually makes the best ones I’ve ever tried and I’m honestly often disappointed whenever I try them at other restaurants. But Willy’s was truly the best Birria I’ve had outside of my husbands. The consume was so good – I even brought some home with me! They were so accommodating and actually told us to keep an open tab in case we wanted more tacos – which is exactly what happened! I love that they were trusting enough to serve us food before we paid just so we could eat more if we wanted! Great customer service! Amazing food! While I haven’t tried all of the Birria tacos yet Bradenton has to offer, these are definitely my #1 top recommendation so far!

The most authentic and best tacos in the area!!! I ordered the Al pastor tacos and the Birria tacos, everything was flavorful and fresh. Willy’s tacos will definitely be my go-to for tacos! Telling all of my family and friends to try them.

I stopped for lunch today at Willies for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Ever since the pandemic, I’ve been searching for a new taco truck to replace the ones that disappeared. Both tacos I got today were delicious, the chicken and steak were both moist and tender. And considering the low price, a very generous, helping of both chicken and steak.

Stopped by and got a bunch of tacos, guacamole, chips. I’m a lover of great Mexican food and have had a number of less than adequate Mexican food experiences at restaurants since moving here. Willy’s food is the best I’ve had so far in the Bradenton Sarasota area. The service is second to none. I Highly recommend anyone to stop by Willy’s and get some great tasting food. His hot sauces are fantastic in flavor and just the right amount of heat if you drizzle but you can take it up to sizzle if you lay it on heavy. This is my new favorite Mexican food place to eat.

The Al pastor tacos were hands down the best tacos I’ve ever had. I seriously considered turning around and going to buy more five minutes after I left. I will certainly be back, authentic and homemade. The salsa was absolutely homemade, bright, and fresh, with a perfect kick. Fresh tortillas, and the pork was crispy and well seasoned. Just an absolutely phenomenal taco, and I plan on going back.

These are the best tacos in the area! My favorite was the chicken & steak tacos. My husband’s was the birria tacos paired with the consomé! The salsas are like no other salsas I’ve tasted. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!!

Great food and friendly staff. I love there Horchata water but just wish they had it on the menu permanently. They usually put it as a special and when they have it I always take a large to go. The al pastor and steak tacos are my favorite. My wife loved the birria tacos. They don’t provide the consome with the tacos but you can either opt for a $2 dip cup or you can get the larger $5 consome. Both green and red salsas are very good. Both salsas can be spicy so be careful before wanting to drench your taco. Give these guys a try!

This place is great. They only do Tacos, quesadills, and nachos. I had a Birria taco and a carnitas taco. They were the best street tacos I’ve had in the bay area. I will recommend to all my friends and family. I will definitely be here again. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Soooo good. Of yeah, the green sauce is so fire.
