The crispiness of the fries was really good. I think they might cook them in an oven.

Would I recommend… probably not…but i would say try it. The burger was bland and sloppy. The shake was watery; but the fries are pretty good! Whatever season they have on the fries, they need to transfer a little to the burgers (ijs). Street parking. There is a slight wait due to the food being cooked. You can dine in or grab and go. Slightly overpriced…but still priced within other burger joints.

Stopped here for a quick meal. Enjoyed this place, very clean and friendly staff. Food was good, little smaller then expected. Alley Bird and Double Alley.

Service was a tad slow but the food was so good. Really hit the spot after day 1 of Lollapalooza. The burger tasted fresh and it was super cheesy. The fries were SO good. Super crispy and salty. The cookies and cream shake was great, had so much cookie in it. The chicken strips were also huge and very crispy. Overall great spot for a quick bite!

Picked up a to go order so this review is based on not eating the food fresh. I loved the fries! They were extremely crispy and seasoned well. The burger reminds me of a high quality In-N-Out burger with the sauce resembling their secret sauce (but done so much better!) The burgers are massive with decently sized patties – I’ll definitely opt for a single patty next time. I could only finish half of the double cheeseburger.

WOW. There are a few good burger spots in the neighborhood but Burger Alley tops them all. I ordered the double alley cooked medium and it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The French fries are fresh and so delicious – no dipping sauce needed (and I love my sauces!).The blueberry shake was so good and you wouldn’t even know it was lactose free. I highly recommend and I’ll be back!

Is this the best burger restaurant I’ve ever eaten at? No. Did it feel like the best after a day full of walking with two hungry kids whining in my ear? Quite possibly. The food was good and service was fast. The employee was really nice, wish I’d gotten his name to offer kudos.
