First time here and not the last. The place looks small from the outside because it is on the corner, but it is not, and it has a large patio. First, free parking around the restaurant so I like that. Once inside, they have large screens to order your food, no cash transactions, so debit or credit only.

Such a cute place….they have a self-service kiosk to place your orders. You sit and wait for your order to be called. They have our door and indoor seating options. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. The food was delicious and the drinks were tasty. The mashed potatoes stole the show for me. I could have just had that and I would have been a happy camper Definitely coming back.

It was tasty however the ratio to chicken, sauce and toppings and bun was a little low on the chicken (meat) side. Each were very tasty however too many bites were lacking in chicken and mainly composed of sauce pickles and bun. The sandwich I got was the “Hot as Hell” and it definitely had a good kick. If you are looking for the hottest fried chicken sandwich I would recommend Fry the Coop.

Honey Butter Fried Chicken was the place I always wanted to try for years. So, I finally got the chance to go there on a sunny day and the food I ordered was fantastic. The customer service was exemplary and definitely met good standards and friendly service! The Chicken with the butter & corn breads couldn’t be any better. Best combination! The prices are decent. Definitely the best chicken restaurant to exist!

This is one of the most unique restaurants in Chicago! It’s pricey but so worth it! The chicken strips with honey butter are out of this world! They also have some fun off-brand sodas in their soda fountain. The patio is huge and covered. The staff here are always awesome and it’s clear the owners care a lot about their guests and staff; great to see!

Third time eating at Honey Butter Fried Chicken yesterday. I ordered the 4 piece chicken w/ honey butter and corn muffins. I also got the pimento mac and cheese as a side. Rounded out to about $30 but don’t let the price tag scare you! Food was absolutely delicious and absolutely worth the splurge. Came in around midday and I was HUNGRY! Chicken was beautifully fried, crispy, and flavorful. The honey butter was a nice mixture of silky, salty, and sweet. Also those corn muffins are a perfect pairing for the chicken. Very bready, corny, slightly crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Very good take on chicken and waffles. And the pimento mac and cheese was also amazing! Very creamy, filling, and packing lots of goodness. If you are in the area or looking to try a great chicken place this is it.

Always saw this place & was happy when I finally got to go. The whole experience was great! The chicken was crispy and delicious, seasoned perfectly. The accompanying sauces paired nicely with the food. I recommend the ranch sauce with the fries. I will definitely be going again.

This was my first time trying this place. Upon walking in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The environment was very nicely decorated. Ordering was very easy and convenient. The pricing of the food set my expectations high. However, the chicken lacked in flavor and some were slightly undercooked. The best part of this meal were the corn muffins and honey butter (very delicious). This is good if you want a simple meal but if you are looking for good flavor this would not be the best place
