This was a horrible experience, the meat in our burger smelled rotten and when I went to return it the manager was argumentative and rude. I got another burger but no apology for the inconvence. I hope this restaurant understands that there are other places to eat and this will be the last time I spend my money to pay their salaries.

This place is really slow. I came here just for 4 shakes and it took over 20 minutes. I notice that when you place your order within 3 minutes you get a message on the screen that shows that your server it’s on his/her way with your order but after that is when the waiting starts. I think the employees input the order as on it’s way to look good in the system but afterwards they take their sweet time in getting out your order out. The service is only slow in the Laredo locations, I live by the other sonic and is the same thing. Slownic should be the name of this place. So I will strongly advise you to stay away from this franchise unless you are out of town. This place needs new management. Very disappointed 1 star from a well established reviewer.

Talk about rude people. Went to purchase food at this location due to being pressed for time. While placing my order, the person taking my order at the drive through, Marisol (name tag), seemed to be in a bad mood. The woman scuffed while taking my order just because I changed my order ( fries and upsize my drink). She kept hurrying me up which was not pleasing at all. She kept on scuffing. Which is very offensive for someone that goes three times out of the week to purchase food there. Customer service is not hard to provide, a little patience and common sense, is all it takes.
