I am very patient when it comes to understanding if people need extra time or just simply understaffed. What I don’t understand is how someone can ask me close to three times what I ordered and I STILL get the wrong thing. I ordered and was asked to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes for my order while they fry more chicken which took 30 minutes to get. I get home, and one piece of chicken from my two piece combo was missing and my tender chicken combo didn’t have the sides I asked for. They literally put whatever they wanted in there.

Unprofessional windows person. I ask for a 3 pieces meal and ask for the two and she said only one side comes with it. I then ask her have they stop the the sides that come with the three pieces meal. She said yes, then as I drive to the window I ask her again about the three pieces meal. She said that she didn’t like the way I say it. I also ask for lite ice for my soda. She fill the cup up with ice.

Awful experience. Ordered through the app, so I parked in their lot and tried to get in, but all the doors were locked. So I got in line at the drive thru and after wasting 5 min of my time it was finally my turn, where they told me that since I was a mobile order I had to come in to pick it up. I told him it was locked, he said I was wrong. So I parked again and tried the doors, they were still locked. I knocked on the door and an employee came outside and gave me attitude about knocking on the door and said I had to wait in the car for them to bring it to me. Sat in the car for about 20 minutes until the food came out. Never going to this location again.

We like the Hot Wings and the mac & cheese. I usually go through the drive-thru, place my order, PAY FOR MY ORDER, get my receipt, and tell the cashier I’ll be back to pick it up when it’s done because we normally order the 24 piece hot wings. I go run another errand and then come back and pick it up. No problems. Now KFC does have an app you can order through, but I wouldn’t trust using that at this location. If I could give minus star I would, this place never have what you ask for… So now they give you what ever is available, order 2 number combo yesterday breast and wing with mash potatoes, second meal with french fries,. They gave me three chicken tenders in one box, or other box two thighs and a leg. Two Dr peppers. $14.94 on absolutely nothing I asked for. Please check your food a drive thru, they will give you any thing, knowing most people don’t check there orders, so check your orders before you pull off. promise you will not go back to this KFC.
