Placed order with Door dash for pick up. Went thru DT only to be told to “come inside”. Door located at front of store [facing Laburnum] was locked so walked around to the side to enter. There was no one at the front to greet and after waiting for about two minutes an employee came to the front and asked if he could help. Located next to the register is the food area with all of the sides available. This area was NASTY, food was scattered out on the surface, lids were not on the food and it looked disgusting. Such a shame this new location looked so bad!

Wow, just a horrible BO expirence..no leadership, just willy niilly..drive thru workers taken orders from inside orders..watched it happen to my order, with a slight agruement put up by inside..oh and no pickles for the signature sandwich..this place is poorly run and a black eye for the BO loverz! …stay away!!..just moved here from Asheville, NC…never saw anything like this mess..we love Bojangles!!!

Can’t speak on the food as I never received any. Would rather spend my money elsewhere as after waiting to place my DT order for 5 min then just began to order, the girl on the speaker, who was incredibly rude, and began yelling at me to pull around to the window to place my order. Ok, fine, it happens, but then once I get to the window, I wait even longer while she finishes her convo with another coworker. If you want slow (if any) service this is the sport for you.

Waited in drive though almost 15 minutes only to receive burnt, hard biscuit with cold chicken. The coffee was full of grounds and I couldn’t drink it. Terrible bojangles location.

I would have loved to give a review about the food. I’ve waitted first in line for 15 minutes and no employe even looked at me and my family. WORST service ever, felt like I wasn’t welcomed and my presence was annoying to them.

This particular Bojangles is often out of chicken as the day goes on. For a place that specializes in poultry, the expectation would be to always have some readily available or within a few minutes at most. The staff seems rude and annoyed while “helping” customers, clearly visible they don’t care about their job or providing service to paying customers. I would highly recommend the GM and/or owner do an “undercover boss” scenario at this establishment’s drive-thru in the evening. Although their fries are delicious, their chicken is mediocre and their rolls are basically flavorless. Would not recommend to others.
