So I haven’t been to Nuevo Laredo since the 90s! Things have definitely changed. We went to eat at Danny’s on recommendation b from a good friend of mine. When she heard I was coming to Laredo she texted me “EAT AT DANNY’S!” so I did and I was NOT disappointed. You’ll see in my pics that we ordered cheese enchiladas and a plate with enchiladas and mollejas! Let me just say…. THE MOLLEJAS WERE PERFECT! My boyfriend loved his enchiladas and also the chips and salsa! Not to mention that our server brought us MORE CHIPS AND SALSA!!! ❤️ Our server was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was really clean! We noticed when we drove up how clean the outside parking lot area of the restaurant was. A+++ for that! for the food and everything else!

I’ve pretty much gone to every local Danny’s and this is the worst service I’ve ever received. It took long for my order to be taken and even longer to get my food (40 minutes) and to top it all off the food was COLD. I asked for a glass with water 3 times and they couldn’t even do that right. If you feel like being disappointed, be my guest. I for one will be taking my business elsewhere.

The food is always good but I was pretty surprised by the prices. I spent $30 on soup, a taco, and a drink. I’ll keep coming back, though. The service is fast and the servers are nice.
