I ordered takeout from the kiosk with name starting with “C” (with no last name). They have a pick up shelving unit with 3 shelves marked with alphabetical ranges. They place my order on the wrong shelf. I kept waiting and kept checking the top shelf which should have been where “C” falls under. They need to take off the alphabet ranges from the shelf.
