I mean, if I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered a take out and their chicken is very dry. Service wasn’t good as well. The guy at the counter wasn’t very friendly. Once I got home and saw the chicken, I called and spoke to the manager and she just blamed the cook. I wasn’t expecting her to give me anything free but I was expecting a reasonable excuse than that. I just couldn’t stand a very dried over cooked chicken. I gave this place a chance but I will not be coming back.

I’ll never come back to this place. They are ridiculously expensive now. I got a half of chicken for two people and only gave me one green sauce and one yellow sauce. If you want extra sauces, it’s 50 cents each. They also have bad attitude, specially the guy taking the orders. I asked for more napkins and they didn’t want to provide. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I went for some lunch. They are a very pricey compared to other chicken restaurants, food is ok but not worth paying so much. I really think they are expensive. Plus their customer service is really bad. When I asked them a question about the menu the lady that assisted gave me a very bad attitude with her response. They should improve the customer service. Have nicer people there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would I have never in my life tried a horrible place like this the sauces have no flavor the green sauce taste like old and musty and the yellow sauce is not even yellow it taste like pure mayo never recommend this place I went to kikiriki and bought 2 big sauces from them and Taste way better definitely stay away from EL POLLO RICO !!!!!

Can be hit or miss… Not halal, but local fast and convenient. Pro tip, don’t go when they are an hour from closing, they stop cooking within a few hours of close, hence alot of bad reviews.
