Finally there’s an Indian fast food place on the Taylor street to try out various Indian street foods. They have a wide range of options covering from North to South India. My favorites are Dahi Poori, Dokla, Dabeli, Vada Pav & their Rockstar Wraps.

Tuk tuk indian street food just opened in Little Italy area on Taylor street Chicago. I was awaiting its opening for weeks and finally was able to visit and indulge myself with great indian street style food. Their menu is huge with variety of cuisuine from various parts of India street style both vegetarian and meat options. I tried kheema pav, dahi puri, chicken tikka roll and Dabeli. Everything was so delicious and winner was Dabeli and chicken tikka roll for me cause sauces served are so authentic style. I cant wait to try more food from their menu

My wife and I stopped in during their opening night this evening. We tried several items and each was distinctively flavorful – we don’t know Indian street food particularly, but Tuk Tuk makes it evident why it’s popular! And it didn’t feel greasy as street food can. The owners are very gracious hosts too – we’ll be back soon!
