Great pizza. Really, really, really bad mobile app. They changed it about 3-4 months ago. I guarantee their sales have gone down. You need a redo Marco’s. Your app totally sux. I used to order once every 10 days or so, I’m down to once a month because I simply refuse to deal with bad technology. Don’t be bad at stuff, be good at it. First of all, the person who took our order Christine was fantastic! She was well spoken and very professional! Sadie was the delivery driver and when she told me she made sure that she grabbed cheese and peppers because she saw it on the notes and didn’t realize it had been added at the store, that kind of initiative is what I look for in my employees. The food got here and was piping hot, we love Marcos but, this however has been the best experience ever. For us ordering delivery, it starts with the person taking the order and ends with the appearance and professionalism of the driver. From the phone to the final delivery of great pizzas, this was the best experience I have ever had ordering delivery pizza. Marcos Pizza Cullman, you did great! Please give kudos to both Christine as well as Sadie!

This was my first pizza from Marco’s and I really enjoyed it. Better quality of ingredients than most the other pizza places in town. They did not skimp on ingredients, so it took less pizza to be full. Friendly staff, seems like they really care.

I had to call the store to order, again. This is the second time because their website is messed up (I hope I am getting my points!). The lady that I spoke with was very calm and very helpful. I appreciate that so much! Pizza and beef sandwich just got here. Everything is hot with an abundance of toppings. The pizza is always excellent, like “Old School” Pizza (abundance of toppings and hand-made). The beef sandwiches are close to an actual Italian Beef sandwich. The nice young lady that helped me was Sherenda. She was really awesome! P.S. Keep her happy and definitely give her a raise! She will make you guys money just by being as thoughtful and courteous as she is! Alright, Best Pizza in Cullman Absolutely!!
