Small, clean, modern, new place with an average 10 minute wait. I regularly eat at stamatis in Astoria, NY which is as legendary Greek restaurant- Faros is even better, all fresh, very excellent food. Only downside: a disorganized, overworked older waitress.

Delicious and great variety of authentic Greek food. It’s a BYOB, so bring a nice bottle of wine. Greek wine is amazing if you can find a bottle. Quaint little place, so make sure to get there early or make reservations. Amazing dips, I’m especially a fan of the tzatziki and taramasalata. Gyro platter and the lamb shank fricassee are great too.

Yessssss!!!! Finally a legit, amazing Greek restaurant! I’m so happy I happened upon this gem. Hand cut fries like my mom used to make, avgolemono with orzo like my grandma makes and everything was amazing. Go if you want delish Greek food!
