This used to be my go-to McDonald’s in the area, but I’m about to save a ton of money by swearing them all off. Once again, when I was rushed out of the drive-thru line and wasn’t able to fully confirm that I had everything in my order, a major item was missing, and no one is picking up the phone at the location for me to speak to directly; I don’t have the time to go back and complain in person now that I’m at my destination. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.

usually the service is pretty good but I just came through the drive through at 2:42 PM EST and I asked the lady a question about whether or not I can change the drink to a frappe and she didn’t respond and then the tone of her voice changed from an angel to something loged into her throat :/ she didn’t say the total and then when I asked her what was on the meal I saw her face turn red as she read the order to me ; I don’t remember her name but the picture below is the closest thing that resembled her
