I ordered an Am steak crunch wrap w/sour cream & cinnamon delights..there was 2 peices of steak in the wrap, the sour cream was on one side and it was made upside down..and let’s not forget the Delights that I never got. I don’t order from this location because the food is always disappointing

Guy at the drive through was very rude. Asked if he could confirm that he got my order because the screen is messed up and he rudely replies back “just pull up to the window.” Never again.

The drive thru is quick but don’t order the Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch 85% chance you just get a regular shell while paying for the option. I’ve had about 10 substituted now with no warning or discount, this last time I specified not to screw it up, they said okay and then still cheated me. Other than this one issue the staff is polite and orders are quick especially if you use the app.

Went to get two Grande Nachos boxes which I just saw a commercial advertising for $5 each. Got to counter and saw sign saying $5.99 per box. Asked cashier and he said the are $5 per box but charge was $5.99 per box. His explanation was that this taco bell is franchised so the owners get the other dollar! Lol

Got a taco supreme, nachos and cheese, 2 cinnabon delights, and a wild cherry freeze. The soft taco shell was almost completely hard. The chips were stale. The cheese, Cinnabon, and drink were good. The lady at the speaker was unprofessional which made her sound rude. The parking lot had trash everywhere. Definitely not a T-Bell I recommend going to.
