Came in from Indiana and ordered from here because my husband loves the pizza. When I called, told them both pizzas were slid and the sausage combo didn’t have the cheese I paid for, they told me they would remake it, it would be 45 to an hour and I needed to give the slid pizzas back. My kids had already started eating since we drove an hour and a half here. I asked for a refund at least a partial and they said again I’d have to bring in the food myself. Asked Rita to speak to a manager and was told they don’t come in until 6! Asked if they could atleast call me and she told me: “No you can call then if you want too, I’m not having them call you.”

Love pizza and Papa T’s has good pizza. However, if I’m ordering for pickup and you tell me a certain time, I shouldn’t be waiting there an additional 20 minutes. For that, I would’ve chosen delivery. Please, do better on communication.

Ordered multiple times before and it was great. Ordered today and customer service was terrible. Daniel did not want to help out so I called a second time and a lady answered. Right away I asked for a manager which she didn’t respond to. It wasn’t until later on in the call where she decides she is the manager (not sure if that’s true or not). Had a terrible attitude and refused to help out on THEIR mistake. As someone who works in customer service I say they deserve the 1 star for their attitude and unwillingness to fix their mistake. Love their food but not worth their unprofessionalism

10 years ago this was the spot but recently I was in area and it has changed so much and not for the better, horrible customer service, I had to wait like 20 mins for 1 slice which wasn’t the worst part but on top of the horrible customer service.. that’s a bad combination…. I will stick with really good pizza and not an old ghetto spot

I’ve been ordering here for years and never had a problem until today my pizza wasn’t hot they forgot my fries and when the man did bring the fries he wanted me to come to him and get them I called to talk to a manager and he tells me that when you get food delivered you are suppose to come to the curb and get it it’s curbside what I’ve never heard that I will never spend another cent with them again but who ever heard you having to come to the curb to get your delivery… I bet he would’ve came to me if he had to get some money smh

Horrible experience manager Daniel disrespected me and my wife over 6 times placing our orders over the phone he just hung up didnt say what time the delivery gone be here didn’t ask for my name or phones number as policy states when I checked him bout he it he scared his coworker on her first day she like 14-15 years old he than came outside yesterday with a bat swing it trying to harm me 311 is investigating I do have lawyers and heres your bad review papa t’s I am seeking legal action there will be dire consequences for y’all actions
