We tried Mings for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Nice selection of Chinese and American fare, and tasted very good and fresh. I just wish that the food was kept hotter. The young man who was our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and had plenty of space to accompany large parties.

Clearly no AC or at least not good. Food wasn’t great and it was expensive for what we got. $50 for 3 people, one being a 9 year old child, is ridiculous.

Carpet is atrocious; needs replaced or steam cleaned. Definitely not worth $16.95 for dinner. Ice cream/dessert area looks nasty. If you must go,go during lunch ($10.95). Food is just o.k. Not much different from Fast Dragon. The fountain area where they used to have fish, now has pennies in there; stinks, and is dirty looking. I will never go again. Other people are telling me MINGS failed a health department inspection recently? Hope not.

They seated me, my bf and his dad in a section that blew cold air so much we all had to keep our coats on. Food was cold, like stone cold from buffet to table. I’m surprised we didn’t get food poisoning. My second plate wasn’t too bad, but still had some cold food. Weren’t many shrimp options. Also, didn’t get refills on our drinks until we were about to leave. Not coming back.
