I was just in the city on a work trip and one of my coworkers made me try it. I went back twice in the next three days. I love the ghost kitchen concept and the family business. Ordered delivery and was super impressed. No food pics this time because I was too hungry. The nachos were some of the best I’ve eaten. No chip was neglected for toppings. The steak tacos were awesome, I love the cilantro! I enjoyed the steak burrito and steak torta. Yes, it was steak night! Great flavors, delivered timely and hot. All around enjoyable and worth bookmarking for another time.

Went here instead of the 30 minute wait at en su boca and was pleasantly surprised! This is so worth the drive if you have to make one. We got the birria tacos and it easily is the best I’ve had in Richmond if not everywhere. Customer service was awesome we will definitely be back.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Ask for a burrito with NO guacamole, got a burrito with what can only be described as extra guacamole. Chicken Tortilla Soup was ok. I appreciate your response below, but I am only in Richmond about 1x per year so not much you can do at this point. Just try and do better next time and check your orders before they go out.

I’ve never written a food review in my life, but I cannot recommend this place enough. I ordered it on a whim off UderEats, and now I can’t stop. Their empanadas are literally the best thing I’ve ever had in my entire life – and my boyfriend said the same thing. Everything I’ve tried is so mind-blowingly good. Maya’s is now a weekly staple for us.

Not very happy with this. Wanted to give it a try. I got the lentil soup. That was great. The quac was salty the chips were extremely salty. And the chicken on the chicken tacos were very dry and bland. A little upset about this purchase. They’re a super great authentic taco truck on staples mill. I wish I would have been there first. Low key disappointed. Thought it would be better. Atleast better seasoned and not dry.
