I would NOT recommend mobile ordering from here or anything from here honestly. Every time I have ordered here they ALWAYS mess up/forget something. As such, today, I had ordered a Chicken Salad sandwich, and there were all of 3-4 pieces of chicken, less than an actual spoonful of the main ingredient in that sandwich, they didn’t even bother to add the toppings requested, tomato, cheese, etc. but thats, not all I order 3 sandwiches and ALL of them were incorrect and they forgot to add my extra drink as well. The whole point of mobile pick-up is to be quick, i should havent to open up every sandwich and double-check their work.

I came in to order lunch for my coworkers on Friday and I cant say enough about the crew. I dealt with Taylor, Carl and Erica but everyone was amazing. I came in around noon, it was very busy and everyone was working hard and very polite. I don’t write many reviews, I just really appreciate great work and I can’t wait to come back!

Food is good but service is terrible. Went to go eat with a friend and there was dirty tables and garbage on the floors by the booths. The trash bins were also full and smelled FOUL to where it was impossible to sit anywhere by the drink fountain. Definitely won’t be eating there again

Ordered on line for delivery from location at 5709 S Harlem, Chicago. Didn’t state that door dash does their delivery. Took an hour to receive and upon receipt my milkshake was the consistency of milk and my food smelt and tasted like cigarette smoke. It all had to be thrown out. Worst experience ever.

Was supposed to write this a month ago but since I just got Potbelly’s today and they messed up my order I thought about you guys and how you guys messed up my order too. When someone orders double meat on a sandwich with extra lettuce that is what that person is supposed to get all I got was meat and bread I don’t know what it is with you Potbelly’s but lettuce don’t cost that much so if I ask for extra lettuce give me the extra lettuce if you have to charge me let me know that this going to be up charge but give me my lettuce who wants to eat just meat and bread get it together man.

Terrible customer service. I was there on Sunday 8/28 at 5:30 pm. I ordered sandwiches for 3 people, including myself. There was a long line behind me, and the place was understaffed. They only had one person taking your order and two people preparing the sandwiches with the toppings. I was telling one of the employees what toppings to put on the sandwich for my girlfriend (whom I was on the phone with) and relaying the information to him. He was patient and understanding. He would repeat what I said just to double check with me. His coworker, however, was extremely rude. He said that I was “holding up the line”. Mind you, I ordered 3 sandwiches and his coworker was already assisting me with my whole order. He started yelling at me. He told me to hurry up with my toppings; he didn’t even give me time to tell him the toppings for my second or third sandwiches; he decided to take over the other two sandwiches even though his coworker was initially assisting my order. It’s not my fault he’s understaffed. His coworker was already helping me, if he was concerned about me “holding up the line” he could have just assisted the customers behind me. There was no need to hurry me/not let me pick my toppings, much less to yell at me and give me attitude with his tone of voice and posture. Needless to say, I will not be going there again.

Great staff, greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was picking something up for a friend. Updated me on my order. The staff seemed like they really cared about their customers. They even greeted a few by names for a young staff I was very surprised. Good crew here.
