My favorite pizza place and we only been there twice…last week and tonight. Great staff and is pleasantly quiet which we like..you can watch sports at the bar..I recommend this place .you won’t regret it ..go bills baby

Excellent food and service! It’s a typical mid- range Italian restaurant. I’ve eaten here many times and never have been disappointed. Would love to see them renovate the dining room though- change the chairs, floor, table tops and upgrade the lighting. Would also like to see soup or salad included in a dinner menu the prices were overall quite high.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I placed a pick up order through slice for pizza and wings when I got there they stated they never got the order. I explained I had to go to work soon. Slice messed everything and the customer service the owners from casa nova gave me to help the situation was amazing. I had a little time so they started my order right away they even offered if I didn’t have time they would drive it to my work in Tonawanda. They had to of apologized 30 times for slice mistake. Very very happy

1st time dining here. Server was very sweet and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the chicken parm for dinner which was the worst I have ever had. I was not able the cut it with the knife provided. Wondering why,I began scraping off the breading and found that the chicken was so paper thin and tough that it resembled chicken jerky or shoe leather. The server was adamant on replacing it with another chicken parm and I declined several times as I had lost my appetite. Apparently they do not take items off the bill if your dissatisfied over their poorly prepared food. Server brought out another chicken parm in a to go container as my husband had been long done with his meal. Maybe the pizza is good? I will never know.
