First time at this location and I’m very disappointed. This chicken taste NOTHING like Harold’s I don’t know if they didn’t marinate it or whatever they do to give it the Harold’s unique flavor but this chicken taste plain no seasoning at all and on top of that my fries were old and dried out. Anyone that worked in the restaurant business know when those fries turn brown and shriveled up they’ve been sitting up too long. I feel like I wasted my money and I’m hungry because I couldn’t enjoy it. As you see from the picture I didn’t eat it. I drove 25 miles from Dupage County just to be disappointed. I mean just look at it, it doesn’t even look like Harold’s Chicken. If you look at the other photos from the reviews you will see the major difference between mine and other customers.

This entire franchise is a horrible location. The first time I catered a large order over the phone which took a very long time once you finally got through to them, only to arrive ready to pay on the day of service and they don’t have an order placed. The customer service was typical black people sass and attitude. Today I decided I would try one more time to promote a black business> Nope never even got to order over phone because they won’t pick up. I’m good. I’m going to go that chicken place down the street I think its KFC. Should probably go to Northside for that though. better customer service.

Waste of money on these wings. I always check the inside of my wings and this is why. I ordered a three wing and a four wing tonight. And they are not cheap. I could have went somewhere else or just kept my money in my pocket if I was going to throw it away. No wonder I heard ppl ordering tenders and fish but not wings. Horrible

The cashier is really off putting. She made a mistake with my order and instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she blamed me. However she did correct it but this other person that bagged the food (Man w/a very Gingerly Voice) was extremely RUDE, ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL for no reason. Needless to say I ended up having to bring my food back because it was not fully cooked. It’s ashame, you pay these places the astronomical prices that they’re asking for but they are giving you a very poor quality of food and have the nerve to get mad when you’re not satisfied and bring it to their attention. Restaurants Do Better. Quality Food = Successful Business.

I tried one time this spring. The chicken wings were very tasty, I think. Don’t order the chicken gizzard since these are so hard to bite. I wondered if the gizzard was fresh enough. Try something that others order. I waited for 40 mins and still think the chicken wings were worth it. They offer discount for UChicago student if you order directly with them. Next time, I may try call ahead!

This is not a real Harold’s! I give them no stars their food is dry and terrible just like the cashier with a terrible attitude! I definitely will not be back to this fake Harold’s! They want $.90 cents for a very small cup of mild sauce after not putting enough on the food

Customer service – first I have to say the worker with the pretty eyes (I wish I knew her name).. she was so kind! Unfortunately my usual experience with customer service at home is poor – a lot of people are rude or have attitudes. But I felt welcomed by the lady with the pretty eyes so shout out to her!!
