Terrible service very disappointing, will not go there again. I been going to blend in new Windsor for years since they were at the old location, I order a salad and a quesadilla with no bacon. The quesadilla came with no bacon but the salad came with bacon I went to the counter and notified them of the mistake, they said no problem will make you another one. Why when I went home and started eating the salad after a few bites I notice bacon in the salad.

I love this place. I have high blood pressure and had to change my eating habits; blend makes it east to do so when I can’t at home! I met the owner a couple of years back. She shared with me her vision for this region. A healthy selection that was not offered in this area; I am so happy and proud to see how far she has come. I will continue to go here because it will only help me to live a healthier life. I also enjoy the lounge area and inside decorating it’s spot on!

I’ve been to blend a few times over the years but my most recent visit was really great. One of the few places locally that has a fast casual but health forward concept. I tried the snickers protein shake and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Second time going to this location. The first time ended up not purchasing anything because they were moving too slow and I was on my lunch break. Not blaming the new worker they had that was trying to service me however they were soliciting help from there manager and instead of the manager helping them out even after me telling them that I was on my lunch break he ended up helping another customer that came in after me instead. I did return another time to try a salad which was not appealing at all. Also they were moving pretty slow again. I will give it one more try and just get a smoothie hopefully that is something that they can make that I would like.

The pros is great shakes and good wraps. The cons is bad management, their employees don’t have customer service skills and come across as rude or uncaring. The ordering process is very slow and unorganized. I have left several times because it was taking too long. 20 to 30 minute wait for a shake and wrap is too long for me. I don’t recommend. Plus the prices are high.
