If you order over the phone they send you to a call center in India now. You can barely understand what the person on the other end is saying. The food was not good. My bone in chicken wings were UNDERCOOKED and RAW on the inside. I am currently sick from it. I wish I could give no stars. I will NEVER be back.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful, yelling at a mother with two small boys with her, because he just showed up and his store is over an hour behind on orders. He yelled at me to report him to Corporate because he doesn’t need my business- he’s busy. We will never go back! Doesn’t deserve the business! His assistant manager tried to be nice, but it was too late. I recommend you get your pizza somewhere else!

Placed an order and waited patiently, only to see on the tracker, after 30 minutes, that our order was CANCELED. No call, no explanation. The app said to call the store. 18 minutes later and I’m still on hold. We were good for at least one order a week. Not anymore…I understand the labor shortage, but there is no excuse for customer service that is this horrible.

We ordered pizza from there and still haven’t gotten our pizza. My MIL tried calling them and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on her. I highly recommend NOT going there.

Ordered & paid for 10 wings and a large veggie thin & crispy pizza on-line and signed up for text alerts. First alert said it was in the oven and done in 8-10 minutes. I went right to the store and waited in the car for another text telling me it was done. Never came. I went inside and low and behold it was sitting on the counter and not under a warming light. Got it home and they only gave me 8 wings and the crispy crust… wasn’t. Ya get what you pay for and there are enough other good pizzas around. Won’t be going back.

I ordered pizza with the expectation of it being delivered within 45 minutes….. 90 minutes and I’m 5 minutes away….. It sat for 40 minutes in the “Quality check” …… After the 25 minutes prep and cook….. If you can’t produce then close your doors… -minus 10 stars… Worst store in existence..
