I can’t say how much I love this place enough! I had a Cachaca which is like an arepa but with sweet corn type bread instead of the arepa maiz sandwich. I got the Reina Pepiada Cachaca and two Tocaños which are cheese stuffed little pastries. The front worker was so kind and even helped me park in the free parking in the back of the store instead of the paid parking spots in front. Highly recommend this inconspicuous spot.

The best Arepa bar in the States! The owner, he is a gem and really knows how to craft authentic cuisine! A must try!! Tried it with a friend from Coral Gables.

A small humble place where you can find delicious homemade Venezuelan arepas, cachapas and tequeños. I first ordered tequeños to bring to a neighborhood gathering and they were such a big hit that the Venezuelan hosts asked me to bring them again to the next gathering. This time I took advantage of the opportunity to indulge in a ham and cheese arepa. I don’t have the words to describe how delicious it was but when I come back to pick up the tequeños I just ordered you can be sure I’m coming early so I can have another! As an added bonus, the service is excellent and the staff all very friendly and welcoming!

My sisters and I were in downtown Miami and looking to try authentic Venezuelan food. This popped up in a recommendation and We went. Let me just say that this place will not treat you like it’s a business but like their family. It’s like a family away from home.

I can not rave enough about how much me and my husband LOVE to come here for our Venezuelan goodies! Cachapas are a MUST TRY seriously… service is always very kind and you feel like home ❤️ I haven’t had the pleasure to meet the people in the kitchen but I need them to know that they’re doing and AMAZING!

Seldom times you’d see a negative review from me because I like to promote restaurants and good food but today I got the worst service at this joint. Not sure when my fellow Yelpers went there or who was there at the time but this was the worst service ever and actually kinda rude. To start, they didn’t have anything, I mean like almost nothing and I just couldn’t believe it. There was a young lady sitting at the counter and almost everything she wanted they didn’t have at the moment. A lady came in wanting empanadas and they didn’t have that either and I wanted a beef pepito sandwich and there was no beef anywhere. I was sitting down on a table and the waitress didn’t even come to the table to get my order but instead started shouting over the counter to ask me what I wanted.

Do not order any chicken bowl from this place. I called to tell them there was no chicken on my bowl and they told me it was mixed in with the rice. I spent $16 just for rice and beans.

The owners were so nice and the food was AWESOME!!! We came here for the Empanadas but fell in love with the beef Pepito! The sauces were a perfect combination with the cheeses and shredded beef. We highly recommend this restaurant for a quick bite to eat!
