I’ve lived in Windsor for many years and eaten Yinkeng only a couple times years ago. Don’t remember it being anything special but met up with some friends last week for dinner and it was great! Sweet and sour chicken and sizzling rice soup were standouts. I already got it again last night to bring home and it didn’t disappoint. Great Chinese food!

So glad they offer food in Windsor past 9 PM, and it’s tasty, too! I called 15 minutes before they closed, ordered 4 items for takeout, and waited for less than 12 minutes. I will definitely be back when I’m starving and coming home from work at later times.
