Very convenient location next to our hotel. Service started off strong but then everyone disappeared despite being empty. House salad was very good. Pesto pasta was bitter. Tomato soup was different but good. Very clean. Overall was disappointing.

Place is fine but it wasn’t made clear that the coffee wasn’t inclusive? Like the waiter (great, very nice guy) just walked up and asked if we wanted coffee and made no indication that it was paid per cup instead of just for the table. But that could just us misinterpreting so that doesn’t effect the overall score.

I was looking for a place to get a quick bite close to my hotel and stumbled upon here. The menu was small but had some interesting options. I ordered the steak salad. The picture on the left is from their menu of what I was ordering. The pictures on the right is what I got: tons of potatoes no green beans at all and a very inconsistent cooked steak — since it comes on the salad pre sliced makes me wonder if it’s really cooked fresh. Decent flavor but really was just steak piled on to potatoes with very few veggies. Service was non existent took almost 10 minutes to get service and no one checked on me after food was dropped and I had to flag someone down for the check. I was there about an hour and a half before closing but it felt like everyone who worked there was so focused on end of night cleanup duties vs the patrons

Had chance to have breakfast here. We had veggie omelette with baked potatoes. The food was okay and they need to level up their services. It seemed like our server was in rush every time she came to ask us or place the food on table.

Decent little pub to grab a burger! Fast service, hot food served quickly. It looked like there was a birthday party happening for a couple of the servers, but we were still served in good time. The American burger was a good classic flavor with awesome pub fries. My wife got the fried chicken sandwich and I got a tasty bite. Would definitely stop by again 🙂

I love coming here! The last time I was here for a few days I had purchased breakfast vouchers ($20)/ per day to use towards my bill. It really does make a difference to buy them! We could use more than one voucher to pay the bill which is always nice. They serve their hot tea in the shape of a upside down light bulb which I think is super cute . My favorite dishes to order from here is their buttermilk pancakes and their fruit cup to use fresh berries on my pancakes , steak & eggs, croissant sandwich and the American breakfast. The house made biscuit is delicious and the orange juice tastes so freshly juiced!! The view from inside is perfect too. It faces the Marina city and the Chicago River.

I had breakfast. The food was good but not great. It is a nice location with a very good atmosphere. The service at the bar was nit good. There was no good morning or welcome. The lady working the bar seemed disinterested and not happy. My coffee had a tablespoon of coffee grounds in it and her comment was “It happens” my response was “It shouldnt” maybe she was just having a bad morning. The prices were fine for what you get. 3 stars
