Really bad place to eat hamburgers bread was cold and like a truck run over it . Not even trays the French fries throw on the bag with all the rest of the food . Definitely a place that I won’t eat for what I paid for it . I would rather go to another place as chilis that for same price I would get better service and quality. About a month ago my wife and I were in Rome Italy and it was the first time we ever had five guys and it was delicious. When we got home here in Sarasota we were excited to see there was a five guys near us. Went today and we were disappointed, nothing like the one in Rome. Here the bun was so soggy you couldn’t hold the burger together and the fries looked burnt and were so salty. We’ll wait till we go back to Rome to get five guys.

Service is slow and careless. They throw the fries directly into the bag, on top of the burger, so that it makes a greasy mess and you have to dump the whole bag out or dig through it.
