We visit El Napol on a regular basis. They always provide great service and great food. We had family in from out of town recently and we’re celebrating our granddaughter’s 4th birthday. They were very busy, but not too busy to make our granddaughter a special treat and sing to her. We enjoy coming to this restaurant and love the relaxed atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!

The service is the only thing good with this restaurant. The food was stale and undercooked with blood oozing from the chicken. The food smelt stale and tasted awful. I paid full price for the meal and still tip the waitress. The restaurant is dark, flies buzzing around will you eat. I had to ask for the seating with bright lights.

Staff was very nice and overall a clean looking restaurant. I ordered the lunch fajitas which come with 2 tortillas. There was very little fajita to fill them up. Only one piece of pepper and the rest onions and protein. I felt like I was eating mostly tortilla. There wasn’t much flavor or seasoning. It was pretty bland. They sure looked good though!

We made the mistake of coming here for Cinco De Mayo and this visit did not go so well. You could tell the staff was stressed and at one point running, but we never experienced fast service. We were able to get one round of drinks and were left to drink the melting ice afterwords because our waitress never came back. Someone else brought us our food, which was in to go containers and cold. After waiting a while after picking at our food we had to flag someone else down for our check. Would be best to try this place on a slower day atleast.

This restaurant is tucked into the corner of a little strip mall but they are serving big flavors in generous portions. The service is attentive. My first time here and I ordered Fajitas del Mar . It has awesome presentation on a fajita skillet and everything that came with it was delicious. I would recommend this place to friends and will definitely return to try more items.
