Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

The food is always good. I see a lot of comments complaining about the oil and vinegar being messy, they do put the condiments on the meat itself, so a suggestion would be asking them to put it on the bread instead(that’s what I ask for and they have no problem doing it.) There’s always one person who’s very welcoming, I believe he’s the manager, he’s an older man who wears glasses. He’s always nice, but the rest of the staff seem to have a hard time greeting customers and they more than likely will not have a smile on their face. Overall, they are pretty quick making the food & it always tastes good.

If I could give them a zero I would Monday through Friday unless you have a hour lunch just skip even going there staff moves with no urgency. I thought one day let me beat the system and order online still took 45 mins. Honestly pretty pissed I wasted my entire lunch watching your staff make a sandwich one by one and left still hungry. To the GM who probably doesn’t care please send someone you know in on a lunch rush so you can fix it

Terrible service. It wasn’t even lunch rush when I went. There were 2 people in line in front of me and yet it took 30 minutes to get in and get out. Not a single hello, smile, or any positivity from the 3 employees I spoke with. I wanted to add a drink and chips but the cashier gave me my total and then picked up the phone before I could ask for the additions. Then, my cup of oil and vinegar they handed me was leaking and spilled all over me and the counter and not a word from the cashier who watched it happen. Definitely going to stick with the Staples Milll location from now on. Much nicer and more helpful employees.

I don’t really understand why they stopped putting food at the pickup shelves, so now whenever people order takeout they have to cut in line and ask them to find the food. It’s much more obtrusive and the employees like to pretend like they can’t see you. Several times in thr last month they have completely forgotten to make my order and I’ve had to stand there and wait while they serve the people in line even though my order is over 30 min past ready for pickup.

3/31/21 We went for their Day of Giving. This time we ordered #56, the Big Kahuna. It was great. We added lettuce, tomatoes & mayo & skipped the jalapeno peppers. I like the fact that you can omit the salt. Juicy & delicious. See pic below.

HORRIBLE customer service. I waited 45 minutes for an order I did online for curbside. Had to go into the store and was told I’d have to WAIT EVEN LONGER for my food to be made. I’ve worked many years in customer service and this is NOT how you treat people.
