We had pizza 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 meatball. We added extra cheese, it was a mistake. The extra made it greasy. There was plenty without the extra (our fault). Next time just half and half. It was very good. We will definitely go back! The subs look great! Thank you for the super friendly service!

You can STOP SEARCHING NOW & come down here to Piper’s for THE BEST PIZZA on the planet!!! Not only is there pizza always insanely flavorful, fresh, gorgeous, perfect dough, amazing sauce, perfectly layered & spread cheese….they also are extremely accurate on their cook time & excellent service!!! At Piper’s I know I am getting the freshest pizza around & served with a big heart from every single one of their employees. I tell every single soul I know about this pizza & it is worth every penny I have! I come here once a week at least!! 🙂

Without a doubt the best pizza I’ve had in Tampa Bay! The portions are HUGE (thank you!), food is incredible quality, and my favorite part is how kind all of their staff is. Meatball pizza is our favorite! Their hot honey pizza is incredible. Be sure to buy a bottle of it on the side for avocado toast, etc.

Finally a good pizza! Not only is the pizza great but so is the food. We have tired so many places and they naked it. The crust is perfect great sauce and whatever toppings you like they have it. Wasn’t my first time there since I wanted to make sure they were consistent! Yes yes yes. Staff is super friendly and just make the experience even better. We only do take out since it’s pretty much your typical pizzeria decor but there’s seating inside as well. This is absolutely a must try especially for the northerners who have end missing that crave good pizza!

Fantastic pizza place tucked away in a shopping center. This has to be the best pizza value in the Tampa Bay Area. For prices pretty similar to the cost-cut chain stores that keep getting more miserly on toppings, you can have fresh, gourmet-quality food. I went last weekend and had garlic knots, cinnamon knots, and a pizza. The crust is great, these guys are hand stretching the dough made fresh everyday. Today I got a calzone and it is a huge value. You get a folded over pizza size calzone with a hearty amount of your toppings and generous ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Overall you are getting a lot of very fresh ingredients and real cheese. It is worth a drive over and they have indoor tables and outdoor tables so you can eat the hot pizza after your drive. Call ahead and they will take good care of you. I keep going back. This week I got the deep dish. It really highlights the contrast of a crispy crunchy exterior with a chewy interior. The pepperoni really contrasts well with the crust and other ingredients. I keep going back, I also got the Philly cheesesteak. The steak was really high quality and they make a really satisfying combination of meat, cheeses, and the peppers and onions.

FINALLY REALLY GREAT PIZZA!! Thank you!! We have been searching for a really good pizza shop forever and thanks to Palm Harbor Happenings we tried Piper’s Scratch Pizza Shop for the first time tonight, and we are SO HAPPY we did! This is the taste we’ve been looking for in a pizza. We ordered takeout delivery, which was super, got the 18” Chicken Ranch pie, with black olives & onions, asked for extra sauce, and thin crispy crust, and they sure know how to make you exactly what you want! It was perfect. We also ordered a tossed salad and their balsamic dressing is awesome! It has honey in it. We can’t wait to go back and try a different pie. LOVE THIS PIZZA!

We’ve ordered from here several times but tonight was the last time that will happen. Pizza is usually hard to screw up but this wasn’t even worth eating. The food was legitimately cold when we got it and the amount of ingredients on the pizza was laughable, never mind the fact that the add-ons we ordered were not, in fact, added on. So not only did we overpay for what would be considered mediocre at best, we were told that it was “made to the owners’ specifications” and the only resolution we were offered was to come pick up another on our own when we had already paid for delivery – they didn’t even offer to refund the extra ingredients we paid for but were not included. It is a shame but don’t believe the pictures of the items on the menu. We absolutely will not be back.
