I do have to say that this Panda is horribly managed. The food is always overcooked. The manager is Rude. I have been there 15 minutes after they open hoping that the food will be fresh, but the steam table was not even ready with the top selling items… (meaning Orange Chicken and chow mein.) These are number 1 sellers… I used to work at Panda express and would have been so embarrassed to have my store running so poorly.

Didn’t make the cut. Taste like any other Chinese fast food. It’s missing the panda prestige. Lol. I eat at panda in every state I visit and I visit a lot of states. A lot. Teriyaki chicken was not grilled enough. Almost looked boiled. Big chunks of chicken meat gave it a raw feel (it wasn’t raw). The kungpao was made with orange peppers. Rice was clumpy and flavorless. The store needs to retrain their cooks more thoroughly. That’s why you have a 3.8 rating. I personally haven’t seen anything under a 4 for panda. Smh.

So disappointing. My husband and I take turns bringing our daughter here for dinner every Thursday for the last year. She has sensory issues and for whatever reason Panda is her go-to. The food and the service have gone downhill but tonight was just over the top bad. The person taking our order was also wearing a headset and taking temp when we walked in. We waited until she was done obv and when she looked up at us she asked what we would like. My daughter insists on ordering for herself and not only did the employee ignore her she flat out walked away after asking. I thought maybe she was taking an order on the headset so I told my daughter to wait a sec. When she got back she looked at me again and asked what we wanted. I motioned to my daughter to go ahead and the lady literally walked away again. For every part of our meals she would ask and then immediately turn around and walk away. It was bizarre. She continued to do this to the other customers as well. I watched someone walk out completely. I got the honey-walnut shrimp and it was so over cooked the breading fell off of it. The orange chicken was almost inedible. I’m just over this place at this point.

I came in after fasting for a blood test this morning, and thought I was going to pick some good food to break the fast with. Unfortunately not only was the food disgusting, the table I said Rock back and forth more than a foot in either direction. Unfortunately it was the only place to sit. I usually think of Valparaiso is a place where people are Discerning about where they eat, apparently none of the people in there had any idea what good food was like. One of the cream cheese rangoon’s I was given had the purse open and it was full of standing oil. The person who brought it out to me because I was waiting for it handed it to me, not with a smile, what will the grimace as if wondering what I was going to say to her. The fact that you brought it out to me in the condition it was in is just horrible. I have had not one experience at this place out of the four. The only thing I would recommend about this place is not going to it.
