OMG … This is a secret hidden gem. If your ever in Laredo do yourself a favor and stop here to eat. It will leave Pizza Hut and Domino’s behind. Fresh ingredients and the dough is excellent. The wings crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Even though it was super busy, food didn’t take long! Definitely 11+

I was very skeptical about trying this place. I’m originally from California and have been all over the world. I’ve had amazing pizza from San Diego, Chicago, Seattle, and Utah to Dubai and many others. Everyone in Laredo said this place was amazing and I just thought it could have been the lack of options in the area but I went in with an open mind. I ordered a large Pepperoni with fresh Mozzarella and Basil. It was a 45-minute wait but this place seems to always be busy. When I took the first bite the pizza slices had a good flop but not too much and the bit was super crispy. If you come to Laredo for work or are visiting family this place is a MUST go!!!! I also had the order of wings so I wasn’t able to finish the pizza which made good leftovers!!!

Great service, great food. We went there after magnolia took +1hr to even seat us down and it was the best decision we could have made that day. The food hit right on the spot, this was my second time here and I will definitely be a recurring visitor.

Just picked up some cauliflower pizzas. They were great. The kid’s didn’t even noticed that it wasn’t the regular flour crust. We tried the vegan cheese too and it was good too. If you are not into that, just try it, if not the regular pizza is the best in town. You won’t regret it either way. Great service. Keep up the good work.

People who praise enthusiastically about this place have yet to have “real” good pizza, food, or service. I’ve had this pizza before, and while it’s good, it could be better. 550 Pizzeria pizza is only sometimes consistent in how it looks or tastes, about 3 out of 5 times. Sometimes it’s good on their good days, and sometimes they are bland on bad days. I’ve had burnt, dry pizza crust here, and my favorite part of pizza is the crust. I’ve also had dry pizza with not enough sauce or flavor. 550 like to rave about the cheese they use; that cheese is disgusting. Cheese should be thick, stringy, and cheesy. 550 pizza cheese looks transparent when it sits out and gets cold (why is this?). This pizza doesn’t make for a next-day re-heated treat. Plenty of local Laredo pizzerias are far better than 550 and have better service and convenience. Try something new.

It’s my first time here and the pizza is super delicious. I’m impressed that I will continue to come here. Friendly staff. The place is clean. Enough space to dine in. I recommend the chicken gorgonzola pizza!!!

I’ve had their pizza a couple times because my in-laws always buy from here and I never liked it. However since I live extremely close I thought I’d give them a chance and eat it while it’s still fresh and hot. The pizza is really nothing to write home about. What I got was nothing compared to what was advertised. If I don’t feel like driving to Hungry Howie’s or Dominoes, then I’ll buy from here again.

There needs to be someone who takes orders over the phone exclusively. I was on hold while the cashier was charging then I thought great, she’s gonna finally take my order, no, I can hear someone else in the back ground talking explaining something else while I’m waiting on the phone. My time is valuable and I love to support local, but these are things that make me feel not valued as a customer. So for times sake I’ll order somewhere else!! I’ve ordered here before and this isn’t the first time this has happened to me when I’ve called.
