New hidden gem in the neighborhood!! It’s a small spot but with a nice ambiance. It is a clean place and they had good music playing while I was there( Guns N Roses). Reasonably priced without sacrificing quality. The staff is very nice and friendly, accommodating. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Will be back! You gotta give it a try 🙂

I was not impressed with the taste of the sushi rolls. Just felt like I’ve had better at other places around Portage Park. They also weren’t rolled very well, so frequently felt like it would fall apart. Also, the price is expensive when you look at what you get. The salmon roll is $7.50 but you get tiny hosomaki, not a regular roll that you’d expect. Overall, I don’t think the taste+quality+price was good enough for me to be back.

The prices are reasonable and generous in size. We ordered 4 rolls and 2 were really fishy. So we ended up not eating them. The rolls were also a bit rice heavy. We were hopeful since this is nearby but didn’t quite do it for us.

I heard great things about this restaurant but was immensely disappointed when I was getting ready to pay. The server or host who checked me out for my takeout order tipped 20% on my behalf- I watched him hit the button very quickly before letting me know my total. Shocked and not knowing what to say- I paid and I left. I would’ve most definitely left a tip. I will not be returning or recommending to friends and family.

My husband I both ordered the 3 Roll combo that comes with a soup, salad or miso soup. I recommend getting the soup. It’s their hibachi soup broth made with onions, mushrooms, chicken and beef broth then topped with scallions. All the sushi rolls we ordered were delicious for a great value. Definitely somewhere we’re coming back to when we crave sushi.

My food was so delicious. I’m full! It was delivered through Uber eats, it was upside down, cold and on the floor (I did not heat it up.) AND one of the best meals I had in awhile, I go out to eat every other day! Definitely will have to visit in person. Nice

I’m thrilled to have this delicious new restaurant in our neighborhood. The food was fresh & delicious! We ordered hibachi dinner & sushi. The portions are very generous! They will soon need a bigger location because everything they serve you is delightful & you will be returning soon for more! Highly recommend this restaurant for dine in or take out.

This place is incredible! We ordered two rolls and the scallop dinner. There was so much delicious food! The sushi is extremely fresh with very generous portions of fish. You can actually taste the fish, without it being weighed down by too many extra ingredients. It was scrumptious. The scallop dinner came with rice, noodles, salad with ginger dressing, and a super yummy mushroom-based soup. I’m so happy this is in the neighborhood and will come back often. Thank you!!

Two words:. GOLDEN. SHRIMP. prices are reasonable, portions are excellent, everything was delicious. Sushi was definitely better than what is available in the area. Highly recommend, support this unique, well run, friendly local business.
