Awesome place with great view of the canal. Serves halal food. The portion size was very good and the food tasted superb. Each of the dishes we ordered had unique taste and the spice level was exactly as described by the staff. Will definitely visit again to try more dishes. Recommended.

This may just be one of the best restaurants in all of Rochester. Not only is the atmosphere amazing (can’t wait to be out on the patio during the summer). But Krystal was an amazing server, and the chef (owner) may be the one of the best aswell. We gave him a list of likes/dislikes and he put together a other masterpiece. Those pork chops were incredible, just wow. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone. Thank you Mythology.

This place definitely exceeded expectations, was not sure what to think due to some bad reviews but after my experience I can now say they are completely false. The food was absolutely phenomenal from the flaming cheese to the Greek platter to the breathtaking baklava. The view was beautiful as well! I love sitting by the water and having delicious drinks and food brought to me while I journal and ease drop on strangers and listen to the birds sing. Giant block of Feta on top the salad. Its a chicken Saladt, ya better come get you one of theeeessseee.

This place has been remixed a few times. I think they should try it again. This is not a foodie spot at all. We had the igloo experience for Valentine’s Day. Not what I expected at all. Your inside a plastic igloo bubble, hooked to a outdoor blower on level Hell on earth. It was a cold night so the blower felt good at first. Then we quickly noticed the lack of air to breath. That’s when the waiter comes in pointing out the Alexa and Tv, zip tied to the bubble. Interesting. He then noticed the air was gone, and suggested the windows that zipped down in the bubble. I did that, to realize that wasn’t a good idea due to the extreme cold outside. Needless to say we ALWAYS love each others company. We did not enjoy this place at all. Our special Valentine’s Day Igloo experience, was a complete MYTH

Enjoyed a wonderful meal and service last night with 5 friends at Kainos. Our waiter, Shea, said he had only worked there a few days, but he was personable and had great service skills. A very friendly and informative server. The food – DELICIOUS. All 6 of us had great meals. Presentation great, I’ve included photos. I can highly recommend Kainos, a wonderful surprise, and well worth a visit.

I was so excited to try this place, but it was beyond disappointing. We never received water refills until I had to ask and we were never offered any drinks besides water… The soup is okay, but the chicken on my salad was chewy which threw me off & I stopped eating. My boyfriends steak was 99% fat, so neither of us really ate. And the side of “roasted” lemon potatoes, were boiled… The waiter only came to take our order (after a while), dropped the food off & brought the check. He never came to check on us. We still tipped 20%, because he was very nice- just clearly not trained. Might try lunch another time because the menu is different & the drinks on the other tables looked good, but I never got to find out.. I only gave 2 stars for the view & the potential this place has.
