I recently moved to Bradenton, and I’m trying all the local restaurants. I came across this German restaurant and decided to check it out. The place has a casual neighborhood vibe and our server was super friendly. I decided to try the special, which was beef strips with potatoes and mushrooms. The beef was super tender and delicious, but my only complaint is that there wasn’t enough beef and heavy on the potatoes. My partner ordered chicken with German noodles and she was very happy with her meal. We shared a dessert, the black forest tower, which was tasty. They also have a good variety of German beer. Give them a try, especially if you like German food.

I really enjoyed the food here.It is the best german restaurant in town. The potato pancakes were finger linking good. I tried their snitzel lunch special and enjoyed it.For desserts we had the crepes with blueberries and those were my favorites.

This is a traditional German restaurant with the most authentic German food I’ve ever tasted! The owners, and server, were absolutely amazing and very friendly! The schnitzel, potato pancakes, bratwurst, cheese spaetzle, bread pudding and chocolate crêpes were out of this world. You are truly missing out if you’ve never dined at this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back!

Went for an early lunch today to get out of the office. My coworker had the Pork Schnitzel and said it was excellent. I had the Sauerbraten which was delicious – some of the best I’ve had. It was well marinated and very tender. The cabbage and spaetzle were excellent accompaniments. We also ordered a potato pancake for the table which was superb. Desserts were top drawer – Apple Strudel and Black Forest Cake. The service was very attentive and friendly. An excellent place all around.

The schnitzel was a 5 out 5. We ordered one order and we’re extremely happy. We had potato pancakes for appetizer and 4 out of 5. My advice is stay with these two items.
