Hey manager, schedule more people. Hey district manager, find a new store manager. This place is a joke. The whole inside looks like a dumpster that hasn’t been cleaned out in days. You have a line stretching out the door, and I had plenty of time for this review. Your employees are looking around laughing. I watched 5 people walk out. This establishment deserves to lose business. Terrible and dirty place!!

If I could, I would give 0. The customer service is terrible. They don’t greet or acknowledge you. They walk and talk to each other but not with paying customers. There’s liquid all over the floors, and they threw a bunch of caution signs all around. You can not approach the counters due to the liquid, yet they have three staffs in the front and more in the back, not one, can mop it up for safety precautions. The counter tops are dirty, just the worst Chipotle I’ve been to… and I’ve been to the ones in NY.

Terrible! I swear this spot used to be much better a few years ago. In the past two years, I’ve been here four times. Once they didn’t have hardly any food available so I just left. Another time, I awaited about thirty minutes in line. I ask for guacamole and chips. They had guacamole but told me that it was for their online orders only because they were almost out. The third time, everything went ok, but my food was barely warm. Tonight once again, they’re out of guacamole. They were serving like they were about to run out of food. The portions were so skimpy;I thought I had time-traveled back to the great depression. The staff act like they had already put in their resignation. They didn’t give me a receipt. To sum it all up, pitiful! Somebody recommended that they needed to get a manager about 2 months ago. They still need a manager! They still need a staff! At this point, I recommend them closing the doors! I hope yall can turn it around!

I stopped in to get a kids build your own. Asked for barbacoa and was given a chunk of fat. Nothing shredded about it. Barely any beef on it. I said that was unacceptable and asked for chicken instead. That was fine. Then I get to check out and they tell me there are no chips. They also had none of the lemonade or anything but fountain drinks or milk available. Absolutely unacceptable. I just wasted my money on a lunch. That isn’t what I wanted.

This is by far the worst Chipotle in the area. I keep giving them chances to improve and I’m disappointed every time. Today’s visit was no different. I ordered the barbacoa and when the girl scooped it up, there was a huge piece of gristle and instead of taking it out, she just plopped it down and looked at me hoping I didn’t notice. I also ordered a side of guacamole and she filled half the cup. It used to be they would pack it in there so you got your money’s worth. Needless to say, my bowl was inedible and I feel like today’s trip was just another waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. The one in innsbrook seems to have it together.

Went there on the Bogo friends day – buy 1 get 1 free entree. They were out of chips, cheese and lettuce maybe because how busy it was. The service could have been better, the staff didn’t seem too friendly (I understand they had a busy day though). The food was good – the guacamole was fantastic!! 4.2 / 5. Hoping for a better experience next time.

I have to second Oleg. This location is terrible however wanted to give them a try again since it is close to my home but how are y’all closed at 9:30 ? Then put your service hours on here until 9 pm then. And employees locked the door and completely ignored 3 people outside trying to communicate with them. Like we didn’t exist at least have the decency to come to us and say “hey we are closing early today” but just ignored. Unprofessional.
