Terrible for not following specific personalized instructions on the pizza being ordered. Employee(s) who are responsible for preparing (i.e., cutting, seasoning, boxing) the pizza do not read the special/specific instructions for the order. Several times when ordering on line I’ll specify that I want my pizza cut into pie cut slices and the pizza will be cut cross-cut. Additionally, I request no garlic sauce on my pizza and the specific instructions are not followed consequently adding garlic sauce to the pizza. Same thing with requesting extra sauce on the pizza…you guessed it, no extra sauce.

Domino’s delivery experiences have all been superb except for this last order. It seems that today’s 07/03/2017 driver is not aware of gravity and its effect on items that have weight. He placed both two litter sodas on top of my pizza box. When I opened the box (which had caved in), the pizza was mostly smeared on the inside of the container. I had to scrape out the pizza in order to recover some of it and share the rest with my dogs. For a thirty plus dollars order everything should have been fine. Should I refrain from ordering two litter sodas in the future in order to prevent this? I regret having given a five dollar tip to the delivery person, because this time it was not deserved.

Was very disappointed in purchasing 3 pizzas from this location paid $12.99 per pizza when online it says it’s $7.99 not to mention I came home to open them and two of them weren’t even cut in slices two of them had pieces of spinach on them it hardly had any sauce it was mainly the crust and cheese and pepperoni and one of my pizzas the crust was also burnt. It seemed like whoever made it didn’t put time into it and didn’t care what they were making nor giving dominos a bad name I would definitely not recommend this place and I would think twice about purchasing at this location again
