Service is great until you have to complain. I went through the drive thru and ordered teriyaki chicken with the noodles. The noodles were extremely tough, that you couldn’t eat them. My rice had no flavor and was dry. When I called to complain the manager said they couldn’t give me my money back. I clearly stated I wanted to take it back so that they could have their food and give me my money back and he said they can’t do that. They can only replace it on a future order. At this point I don’t even want to go back.

Got a plate w/2 entrees &1 side. Got charged an extra $1.25 for an entrees. My whole order for 1 person was nearly $14. I could have gone to New China or Rice & Soy and fed 2 people for that price. Chicken didn’t taste done, chow mein was cold. This was my first visit there and it will be my last.

Ordered 2 bowls of beef and broccoli with mixed greens in the drive thru. Got home and had bowls of veggies and only a couple of pieces of beef in each bowl. Not worth the price!!!!!

The girl making orders for the lobby wouldn’t get off her phone long enough to effectively serve customers. When she FINALLY got to me, they didn’t have a meat ready and the cook said he “forgot” about it. So I said forget it.

Placed an order on the app at 10:30am (when they open) and it said it would be ready at 10:45am. Went inside to wait. Checked with staff and they said it would be ready at 10:45am. They were still prepping ALL of the food. There was only to bowl on the line that actually had food in them. There were three other people waiting also due to no good. Here’s an idea..if you open at 10:30am maybe you should have food ready at that time? My food still wasn’t ready till 11am. Well after it was supposed to be. And even though I was sitting right in front of the registers and had checked in with them – no one brought my it out to me. I had gotten a text and went up to get it. Hit and miss. If the food is fresh, it’s good. If it’s been sitting there a while, it usually sucks. I recommend going inside to look before ordering to make sure it looks edible.

Couple weeks back was 1st time we had been. I wasn’t thrilled and don’t see me going back anytime soon. The man that took our order was not friendly, seemed like we were bothering him. The food we ended up with was pretty good I’ll admit that but all I wanted was shrimp fried rice. How can you be a place that serves shrimp and fried rice but don’t have shrimp fried rice??? You take the fried rice, put it in a bowl or plate and put shrimp in it….

Not sure why, but they often don’t have things and you have to wait while they make them. The food is often very dry and tough, pretty much any Chinese place in Cullman is better. Not sure how they stay in business. The staff is nice, but the place is often dirty.
