I love this place. Consistently great service, high quality fare and a pleasant, upscale ambiance. No surprise it’s supposedly one of if not the best performing unit in their chain. I try always to sit in Maria’s section. She’s a superb waitress who hails from Chile. Be sure to make time for an after dinner stroll through the shopping center, there is always so much to do.

PFC offers a surprisingly decent happy hour, half price apps and bottled beer. Their dinner selection however was on the more expensive side. Like most places service does get slow during peak hours, even sitting at the bar it took 10 minutes to get my check.

PF Chang’s is usually a great place. I’ve given this restaurant three chances. The service was terrible the first time, but improved on the second and third time. The food was bland and did not taste like PF Chang’s the first time but was a little better the second and third time. It was still subpar though. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of cleanliness. Every visit, there has been food stuck to the plates and silverware. I attached a picture from my last visit, showing the fourth plate that had dried food on it . Also there are always fruit flies flying around the tables.

This location service is tooooo slow and this may explain if your reviews and sales are slipping. I am sitting in the restaurant now waited over 40 mins for our entrees… Also, lots of dirty tables and bathroom. If you are not staffed up for the day before the holiday then what do you expect? I hope they are not putting costs cutting first then customers like us. I hope you guys can be better as I love PF Changs and there are too many competitions out here!

I haven’t been to a PF Chang’s in a few years and decided to go to the one in Woodbridge with my family today. Years ago, it was not my MOST favorite place, but I definitely enjoyed the Asian Mac and Cheese. Unfortunately the Mongolian Pot stickers did not agree with my stomach much. (I think it’s me, not the restaurant. I don’t eat a lot of fried food.) The lettuce wraps are still my go to thing to get at this restaurant, if I choose to go here. Our server was very nice and gave superb service!

This place is a huge lie…the food does not taste Chinese at all. My friend had her son graduation Dinner here and the food was awful. The mall makes better sesame chicken and fry rice than this restaurant. Infact, we all ordered fry rice and the entire rice was raw. Even the white rice. I mean real raw. We sent it back to the kitchen and the cook heated up the same rice and brought it back to our table. What an insult. Everyone food was disgusting. Even the kids refused to eat it. And we were a party of 15 people. Everyone regrated choosing this place. I spoke with the manager and he give us a discount. However, we did not eat the food, but we still paid. Will never recommend this place. It is a nice location, but the cook is terrible. The food is what makes a restaurant not the furniture. Please think again before going here. We all left hungry.
