I’ve frequented the area but haven’t really stopped by at Aji Sushi until one weekend. The place doesn’t seem like a go-to spot from the outside but the interiors & decor were actually very nice! It wasn’t too crowded on a Saturday afternoon but mid-sized to big groups kept coming and going. I got seated near the bar area and immediately felt welcomed/at ease.

Best sushi in town. Our go-to for date night. I’m vegan and I order any of the vegetarian sushi rolls (I do eat Nori). Good atmosphere, good saki, lovely staff. Wide selection of sushi rolls suitable for vegan diet (try burdock root roll and asparagus roll for something out of the ordinary). The bento box is also very good if you eat animals.

Bento box 3 entree, I have traveled all over Sonoma county eating at sushi restaurants this is by far the best sushi & grill place I have had . it is in a great location with all kinds of stuff around ,the inside of this place is big so there’s lots of seats! it is very modern on the inside and the quality of the food is Phenomenal and the portions are huge. they also have alcohol and soda along with desserts! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good quality sushi & grill with amazing staff who are professionals and polite then this is the place for you !
