There is the restaurant and there is the food truck (Lonchera) Mariscos, they’re both the same business though. When walk in the restaurant ask for a table as you can’t just walk in and sit on your own, It’s also a bit hot in there during the summer time and sometimes gets packed so you have to wait outside where the food truck is for 30-45 min. The Tacos de Camaron (Shrimp tacos) are delicious af and the Mojarra Frita is also really good. Great service and not a very long wait time for your food to come out. Not pricey but still quality food. Overall really really good place to eat mariscos.

Enjoyed my prawn taco and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As I test I had three from here and then wandered the 50m to Mariscos Jalisco to try theirs. Overall I think Jalisco was slightly fresher (crispier and warmer) and slightly cheaper $2.50 v $2.75 but Id happily return to either (it was “splitting hairs” between them in terms of quality). Happily recommend 4.7/5!

This is the real MVP of Olympic taco crawl. The tacos dorados de camarones are life changing. I didn’t think there was any shrimp or corn tortilla tacos I liked before this taco. Plus the service was super nice.

A must go-to spot if you’re looking for the best tacos in LA. Went to the food truck and ordered the shrimp tacos. A bunch of locals and nearby workers were waiting…so you know it’s legit! Only ordered two because I didn’t want to be full for dinner, but will be ordering a lot more next time.
