I frequent here as it’s close to our house and I’m quite disappointed. The breakfast is usually always good but dinner here takes forever. They were out of both Pepsi and Baja blast, I ordered the new Creamy chipotle chicken taco which is $3 and essentially got a chicken nugget in a tortilla. The food all tasted good but after waiting 15 mins in the drive through I’m not all that happy. The 70 location is worth the drive.

Mar 18 2023 around 550pm or so they messed up my 3 year old daughters order I let them know and they remade it without heating it up and the staff laughed as we drove away….. came back and they were upset that I told them it wasn’t ok. Also the girl at the window called the diablo sause the mexican sause.they crushed the 3rd remade quesidilla.Will be calling corporate to file a complaint.

This location is slowly getting worse. Their current staff must be high out their minds. Few weeks ago when the Beefy Crunch burrito returned, my fiancée ordered me 4 and a custom box for herself. I picked it up and didn’t think to check it until I got home. They gave me hard tacos instead of the beefy crunch burritos. And cinnamon twirls instead of Cinnabon delights. I drove back and had them give me the 4 burritos they left out. Then a couple days later we go through the drive through. I get 3 beefy crunch burritos this time and she gets a crunch wrap with beef, steak, creamy jalapeño sauce and jalapeños. She notices her wrap looks smaller than it should so she opened it up to only find lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Nothing else she ordered was in it. We had them make another and during the moment I jokingly said “imagine after getting yours fixed I find out that my order is messed up too”. As we drive away I bite into one of my burritos and they didn’t add the Fritos to it. Luckily the last 2 had them in it. Might have to change locations for now to avoid experiences like that.

At this point it’s gotta be a joke store. I’ve asked three times in a row for soft taco Supreme #2. Twice it was a regular soft taco order. I even asked for it to be verified this last go round. I ended up with 3 hard taco supreme. You can have regular soft tacos or hard taco supreme. But no soft taco supreme. It’s unfathomable.

I ordered a Mexican pizza combo, I got an empty Mexican pizza box and 2 soft tacos the staff working at 1AM 8-13-23 so Saturday night/Sunday morning put this out. When we called the restaurant they were laughing in the background and blamed the DoorDash driver, but we had to rip the bag open because it was sealed with stickers, and you can tell that no food was put in the box. We began going to Taco Bell after two of my grandchildren had their therapy. We would go in and use the kiosk which I don’t like to do but my grandson does it for me and generally where the first people there. The restaurant is spotless. My only issue is that I don’t like to use the kiosk however it looks like I’m just a product of my generation. We seem to go frequently and our 2 year old has discovered being burritos!

Markaylah is amazing! I put in a mobile order and it did not let me choose a few things as mobile app was glitching. I highlighted in person I was vegetarian and no beef in any items. She went above and beyond to change new gloves and make all the food on the opposite to ensure no contamination! You certainly left both my wife and I happy for a Friday evening dinner that we weren’t expecting to be as good as it was!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been at!! Shortchanged food, trash cans never emptied and the soda dispenser doesn’t have most drinks! Got more veggies than meat on my food and I even asked for extra meat on mine! Never going to a Taco Bell again!

Not much in the way of TRUCK parking but then again I don’t park in any of the parking spaces with a Fourty four hundred gallon fuel truck. I park away from the building a bit and walk over and they usually get my food ready in a few minutes. Probably quicker if they know what’s outside.
